Starting his career in the A&R department of major record labels (EMI, Sony Music, Warner Music Group), Charles moved into artist management (Radiohead, Coldplay, Daft Punk) before entering the 'other' side of the music business - Advertising.
After more than a decade of working with global brands (LEGO, Heineken, Unilever) and agency networks (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom). Charles carved a new parallel path as an entrepreneur advising young companies, investing in Music Tech and even starting a few of his own.
